Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how SB Group collects, uses and protects information across the websites, applications and game-related services we operate (the "Services"), including BearioMaps. By using any SB Group Service you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

• Roblox account information. If you choose to sign in with Roblox, we receive your Roblox user ID, username, display name and avatar image through Roblox's official OAuth sign-in. We never see or store your Roblox password.
• Content you submit. Anything you voluntarily post through the Services, such as reviews, ratings, business information, ownership claims and messages attached to them.
• Technical information. Our hosting and infrastructure providers automatically process basic technical data (such as IP address, browser type and request logs) to deliver the Services securely.
• Local storage. We store small amounts of data in your browser (for example a session token or interface preferences) so the Services work properly. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

2. How we use information

• To operate the Services: signing you in, displaying your name and avatar next to your content, processing reviews and ownership claims.
• To moderate content and keep the Services safe, fair and free of abuse.
• To maintain security and prevent misuse of our systems.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Who we share information with

We share information only with the service providers needed to run the Services:

• Cloudflare — website hosting and delivery.
• Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure.
• Roblox — sign-in via Roblox OAuth (governed by Roblox's own privacy policy).
• Discord — administrative notifications (for example when an ownership claim is submitted, its details are forwarded to our staff Discord server).

We may also disclose information if required to do so by law.

4. How long we keep information

Content you submit remains until you delete it, we remove it through moderation, or the relevant feature is discontinued. Sign-in sessions expire automatically. You can request deletion of your data at any time (see below).

5. Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time. Deleting your data may remove your reviews, claims and other content.

6. Children

The Services are not directed at children under 13. Signing in requires a Roblox account, and all users must comply with Roblox's own terms and minimum age requirements. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above will change when we do, and continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
