These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites, applications and game-related services operated by SB Group (the "Services"), including BearioMaps. By using any SB Group Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must comply with the terms and minimum age requirements of any third-party platform you use to access the Services (including Roblox). The Services are not intended for children under 13.
Some features require signing in with a Roblox account. You are responsible for the activity that happens through your sign-in. Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity, including when claiming ownership of an in-game business.
When using the Services you agree not to:
You keep ownership of the content you submit (such as reviews and business information). By submitting it, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and share that content as part of operating the Services. We may edit, moderate or remove any content at our discretion, including content that breaks these Terms.
Ownership claims over in-game businesses are reviewed manually and granted at our discretion. Approved ownership gives limited editing rights over that business's listing and can be revoked at any time, for example for misuse or inactivity.
The Services, including the map, its design and underlying data, are owned by us or our contributors. The world depicted is fictional and part of a game; it does not represent real places, businesses or organisations, and any resemblance is coincidental.
The Services rely on third-party providers (such as Roblox, Cloudflare, Supabase and Discord). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or conduct.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or permanently available, or that any content is accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Services. The Services are a free fan/game project; our total liability for any claim is limited to £0 or the minimum permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may suspend or end your access to the Services at any time, particularly for breaches of these Terms. You can stop using the Services, and request deletion of your data, at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above will change when we do, and continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, unless the law where you live grants you mandatory protections that apply instead.
